Jupitermedia doesn't issue press releases anymore. Instead, its CEO Alan Meckler announces the latest news on his blog. This week, Jupiter's Stockxpert launched a competitive subscription service: instant, unlimited access for $199 per month, $499 for six months or $999 for a year.
Meckler is cautiously optimistic: "Time will tell how successful this endeavor will be; however, the first few days indicate a solid new line of revenue is on its way." Meckler points out that Stockxpert is one of a handful to offer this service at a micro price point and says that more services are on the horizon.
