Young photojournalism collective Noor welcomes Jon Lowenstein as its newest member. Lowenstein, who will work with Noor starting in May, specializes in long-term documentary projects. He has been a photographer for over a decade and has won a number of awards, including a 2008 Alicia Patterson Fellowship, 2007 Getty Images editorial grants and a 2004 World Press Photo prize.
