Getty has joined
CEPIC and other organizations in European Union in filing a
competition law complaint with the European Commission against Google.
The interviewees clearly outline why what could be a copyright issue needs to be fought on competition grounds.
Near the end of the interview Ms. Miyashita makes the point,
