BigStockPhoto Launches New Search Engine

Tim Donahue, founder and CEO of microstock Web site BigStockPhoto, says the redesign of its search engine is the first step the company is taking to improve user experience. The new engine combines advanced filters - popularity, orientation, resolution and format - with the ability to find similar or new images. The redesign is intended to make searching more powerful and accurate, while being easier and faster.
