Aquisitions

In case you are trying to keep track of who owns which agency here are some of

the acquisitions that have taken place in the stock photo industry since January

1994. The largest company is Getty Images at almost $300 million annual sales by

the end of 1999 when The Image Bank acquisition is completed.

We estimate the gross sales of the other groups as follows: VCG - $100 million,

Corbis - $70 million, and Index Stock Imagery - $9 million. We have no estimate

for the gross sales of Images.com Inc.
