Manchester-based features and picture agency Cavendish Press has launched a Web site that allows people to sell their stories and images, reports Hold the Front Page. Its digital mage library consists of 200,000 images. Cavendish wants to grow by targeting citizen journalists. The agency's focus remains on major news, celebrities and entertainment.
