Jim,

Very few photographers will be at the top 25 in the world in RM or in Microstock. That is a fact. You know that before you ever start all your charts and tables. There are many part-timers and that is fine. Only a few in both RM and Micro will dedicate themselves to doing it RIGHT!

I am at the top of the RM chain.... I would match my total dollars with any one (including Yuri & Lise) in the top 25 of Microstock.

The difference ---- I make the same income bottom line (with less downloads) but I feel a lot better selling many images per years for thousands of $$ each (and thousands more at several hundred each) than I would if I knew people were so EXCITED about my photography that they were willing to spend (Gulp!) a whole $6 for an image in a magazine. No thanks to that for me. I did not get in this business to sell images for a dollar!
