Stock Photos America is the newest venture from Tetra Images’ founder and noted stock photographer Tom Grill. Tetra’s first spin-off will be managed by the same team and will endeavor “to translate ‘minds-eye’ icons into contemporary Americana for professional stock picture buyers,” Grill explains. Though most of spAmerica’s launch content will be provided by Tetra’s shooters, the company seeks to add new contributing photographers and collections from other producers and agencies.
