Director of the Hawaii-based Institute of Visual Arts Eddie Tapp and three-time Kodak Gallery award winner Judy Host will teach “The Laws of Lighting” in San Francisco on Feb. 12-13. Part of Fotolia University, the course asks a tuition of $499, not including transportation, accommodation or meals. The course will feature a least six live photo shoots.
