For the second consecutive year, PicScout has made Deloitte’s annual Fast 50 list for Israel. With five-year revenue growth exceeding 600%, PicScout ranked at 14 overall and in third place among Internet companies.
This growth, says the company, is the result of customers pursuing digital asset revenue recovery. “We look forward to continued industry growth… and to supporting our clients with the ongoing expansion of ImageExchange and ImageTracker services,” said PicScout global vice president of marketing and business development Amy Love.
Deloitte’s Fast 50 program hails from the Silicon Valley in 1995, where the company says it became the benchmark of success in the U.S. market. Deloitte Brightman Almagor Zohar has conducted the program in Israel for more than a decade. The rankings take into account revenue growth over a five-year period and technological achievement: to compete, companies must own proprietary technology. PicScout is in impressive company: the 2010 Technology Fast 50 achieved average five-year revenue of 740%; the top winner, Pontis, had a rate of 5,500%.
In separate news, PicScout is putting resources into the designer market. Partner designer Nancy Duarte has been representing the tech firm on the conference circuit and online seminars. More recently, PicScout launched a designer-centric Web site where one can demo ImageExchange before downloading, “like” an image for Facebook, tweet an image or send it to a friend.
