Parisian agency PhotoAlto has opened an office in New York. PhotoAlto's network, which now consists of five offices, services France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, U.S. and U.K. Headed by Marci Gershel, who has over 17 years of stock-industry experience, the new office will service North American clients. In addition, the company said a New York location will help the development of its soon-to-launch rights-managed offering.
