LawGallery.com occupies the niche of providing museum-quality artwork to the legal community. The company offers reproductions of classic and contemporary works, each made to order and framed. Today, LawGallery issued a call for submissions to its professionally curated collection.
The call for artists is intended to broaden the scope of LawGallery's Web-based offering. Submissions are encouraged in any two-dimensional medium, including photography, painting and digital art. All should explore legal or justice ideas, symbols and settings, such as courthouses or trial proceedings. Of particular interest are portraits of key figures of the field, including minorities in prominent judicial and legal positions.
LawGallery will accept five submissions per applicant. It will also entertain artwork proposals in cases where the art doesn't already exist, with accompanying examples of previous work demonstrating style and medium. Artists whose work is accepted receive a $300 award and 10% of print sales generated by their content. Email queries are accepted at info@LawGallery.com.
