San Francisco-based 8020 Media and its JPG magazine, both of which shuttered on Jan. 5 after running out of money, have found a buyer. Folio reports that the user-generated photography title is now co-owned by venture-capital firm Millennium Ventures and photo-retailer Adorama Camera. The bimonthly JPG is expected to resume publishing in April. Former 8020 Media vice president of product development Seth Familian will now run the business as president and chief executive officer.
