PicHit.Me, Microsoft and
Shutterstock have teamed up to offer over $10,000 worth of prizes and Microsoft hardware to photographers who participate in the My World contest. Any photographer, amateur or professional, can enter and may interpret the theme of the competition any way they like. As a result PicHit will undoubtedly get images on every conceivable subject
PicHit says: "We welcome all artist interpretations on the
'My World' theme. All capture types and photographic processes are eligible to submit. To participate, the photographers would need to upload their entries to the
www.pichit.me website under the
'My World' Competition theme under this
link or to the
'My World' mission in the PicHit.Me mobile app."
Thirty-seven people will receive some type of prize and for a full list of prizes click

previous story. See PicHit’s explanation under Earnings at

As with all web sites these days PicHit has a long
Terms of Service agreement (over 6,200 words) that should be carefully read and understood before submitting images.
