Jack Hollingsworth is continuing his business reinvention by collaborating with photo-sharing community Jalbum. Hollingsworth is producing a series of online photography tutorials.
With text and video components, these events target the Jalbum community, who have a chance to be lead and tutored by the man now known as Photojack to his 15,000 Twitter followers. Each event will begin with a blog post and will also include a user-group discussion and a competition element. The first subject is close-ups; forthcoming sessions will include portraits, street and other types of photography.
Hollingsworth, who helped found Blend, PhotosIndia, Chopsticks and 40260, currently travels the world shooting, teaching, lecturing, blogging and leading photo tours, workshop sand seminars. A lot of his recent activities focus on helping new and emerging photographers through resources such as, for example, the Going Pro Now seminar.
