Munich-based footage company Framepool has launched a people collection. The unusually titled “Cats at the Cream” offers modern lifestyle motion content in high definition.
As the industry sees the value of the same type of stock plummet in the traditional stills market, Framepool says it produced this collection in response to frequent customer requests for rights-cleared footage of the everyday. The offering features clips that depics the concepts of love, family, leisure, vitality and other such popular general-purpose ideas.
Framepool, which has recently expanded across Europe and the United States, says “Cats” targets the advertising production market. The collection was shot entirely on a RED One camera under the direction of Nayer Paknia and David Incorvaia, whose combined experience includes television commercials, music videos, short films and documentaries for widely known brands, including McDonalds, Diesel and Heineken. The creative duo collaborated with Framepool in the past.
The collection is fully indexed, keyworded and available for download alongside Framepool’s extended online offering of more than 600,000 clips. Framepool plans to continuously grow the inventory; the company said it was already planning a new production.
