Fotosearch Continues Library Growth

Wisconsin-based stock portal Fotosearch has passed the 5-millionth-image milestone. Adding over 2 million images during the last year, the collection now rivals the largest crowdsourced image libraries on the Web in quantity. Fotosearch now offers content from over 100 global still, video and audio stock providers. The company also recently purchased a mid-ranking Canada-based microstock business CanStockPhoto, gaining a foothold in the fastest growing segment of the still-image business.
