For the third year, Corbis will sponsor Portfolio Night together with ihaveanidea, Advertising’s Intellectual Archive. Currently in its seventh year, Portfolio Night is the largest simultaneous advertising portfolio review in the world: on June 11, the speed-dating-like event will take place in 20 cities: Amsterdam, Bangkok, Barcelona, Boston, Buenos Aires, Chicago, Hamburg, Johannesburg, Lisbon, London, Los Angeles, Melbourne, Mexico City, Milan, Miami, Montreal, Mumbai, New York, Paris, Quebec City, Sao Paulo, San Francisco, Santiago, Shanghai, Stockholm, Sydney, Tokyo, Toronto and Vancouver.
In each, students, recent graduates and young creatives will receive face-to-face time with three or more established ad-industry pros. Confirmed hosts include adci in Milan, GERTRUDE in Chicago, Leo Burnett in Lisbon, David & Goliath in Los Angeles, Ogilvy in Caracus, PGA Advertising in San Francisco, SOCOM in Quebec City, Complot in Barcelona, and Sid Lee in Montreal and Amsterdam.
Corbis is the only global partner of the event. In addition to direct sponsorship, Corbis will provide digital imagery for Web casts and on-site student support.
