Alaska Stock Image Part of Int'l Global Warming Campaign

Alaska Stock has licensed an image to Canada Post for use as part of an international awareness campaign on the effects of global warming. Created by Alaska Stock photographer Amanda Byrd, the image depicts a polar bear swimming in melting sea ice and will be used on a stamp under the theme of preserving polar regions and glaciers. Canada Post is one of 27 postal administrations participating in the global campaign.
